- Why should I buy products online?
- There are many reasons why people choose to purchase items online.
- 1) Online purchases are usually cheaper than those in retail outlets.
- 2) There is a greater variety of products that cannot be found in local retail outlets
- 3) There is access to merchants that do not have retail outlets in Singapore

- Why Spree?
- Making online purchases from overseas has its drawbacks. The shipping costs can be quite high and at times ordering and arranging shipments can be very frustrating. This is where Spreedom comes in.
- Spreedom consolidates our customers’ orders and ships them back in bulk, thus saving a substantial amount in shipping costs for our customers. Not only that, our customers will not have to go through the hassle of making orders and arranging shipments!

- What is the exchange rate?
- The S$1.50 that you see is the exchange rate we have set at 1USD=S$1.50. Please note that it is the credit card company exchange rate and not the normal bank exchange rates so it is higher than usual. The rate we use is 1-2% higher as it allows a buffer for fluctuations. Rates will be adjusted periodically.
- Is there a minimum amount I need to place for an order?
- No, there is no minimum amount. We encourage our customers to get more friends to join our sprees so that the minimum order for sprees to be processed is reached much faster.
- What does the Spreedom payment include?
- It includes the US domestic shipping charges, international shipping charges, local registered postage/ delivery fee, along with US tax, shipping insurance and customs GST for some orders. This is the ONLY payment apart from the payment from your merchant purchase and no top ups or hidden costs will be required.
- How do I place my order?
- You need to be a registered member of Spreedom to place an order. Select the sprees you want to join at the top navigation bar. When you are ready to purchase your items, simply fill in the form and click the ‘Place Order’ button.
- Can I purchase from different merchants in one transaction?
- Spreedom allows shoppers to order from different merchants in one transaction, simply fill in the form for the sprees and place order. There will be an option to 'continue shopping' after you click 'Place Order'. Alternatively, you can click on any of the other associated sprees or the sprees at the left navigation bar to continue shopping.

- How do I know if my order has been successfully submitted?
- Once you have submitted your order through our order form successfully, you will see the following.
- Your order has been received.
- Thank you for your order!
- Your order # is: 100000006. (example)
- You will also receive a confirmation of your order through your email. However, your order will not be processed until payment is received.
- If I have second thoughts after payment, can I change my order or cancel my order?
- If we have not placed the orders with the merchants, we allow for a refund or cancellation of order usually.
- What happens if my ordered item is out of stock after I have made payment?
- Spreedom will contact you immediately through your email. We will request for an alternative product to order or refund your payment. Therefore it is important you provide an email that you check regularly. If we get no reply from you in 2 days, we will omit the out-of-stock item from the order and proceed with the available items. Any excess payment will be refunded.
- When do sprees end or close?
- Spree batches will close once the minimum cap amount is reached . (usually about USD 200). The same spree will immediately open and orders will join the next batch. You can make orders at anytime!
- I am unable to find the spree merchant whom I want to buy from, what should I do?
- Use the search function to search for the merchant. If we do not conduct sprees for that particular merchant, please recommend the merchant to us through Contact Us. We will review and screen the merchant and will organise sprees subject to approval.

- What are the accepted modes of payment?
- You can make payment to Spreedom via the following payment methods:

- How will I know if my payment has been received?
- After payment has been made, we will send you an acknowledgement email and you can check the status of your order under “MY ACCOUNT’.
- How will I get my refunds?
- Refunds will be transferred back to your bank account.

- How long will it take for my order to reach me?

- In general, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
- - U.S domestic shipping time (Average: 5-7 business days)
- - International shipping time (4-6 business days)
- - Local shipping time (1-2 business days)
- You can expect your goods to reach you in about 10-12 business days after we have made the order with the merchant
- How will I receive my items?
- Items will be mailed to you via registered postage for orders above US$20.
- Does Spreedom do meet ups?
- We might do meet ups and give refunds for people who opt for meet ups. Details will be coming up soon.
