IMPORTANT:
Spreedom will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods due to shipping. In the unlikely case of such unfortunate circumstances, we will bring up the insurance claim for insured shipping and also communicate with the relevant parties to resolve the matter.
The time taken for the parcels to reach us will take about 9-12 business days after we place our order. However, this is only an estimate as there is a possibility for delays during shipping. Do check with us if you have an urgent order.
Items will only be posted via registered mail for orders above US$20. An additional charge of SGD$5 is required for registered postage for orders below US$20.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that are not suitable for shipping; refunds will be made for cancellations.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
1. Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the payment has been made and goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods and prices listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of payment received will be included in the contract formed unless alternative arrangements have been mutually agreed on through email correspondences.
2. Payment
Upon receiving your order we will send you an email to remind you to make payment to the relevant accounts, once payment has been made, your order will be accepted and hence the status of your order will be change to 'Processing - Payment has been received'. We reserve the right to cancel orders that are not suitable for shipping; refunds will be made for cancellations.
If paypal is used for payment and a refund is to be made due to cancellation, the amount refunded will be the amount received after deducting paypal transaction charges.
3. Shipping

5. Discount Codes
· Account discount codes - Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered.
· Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this website.
· Unless provided with a working merchant discount code by the customer in the Spreedom order form, there will not be refunds made to the customer for the use of discount codes unless alternative arrangements have been made through email correspondences.
